RPM negotiates and manages easements and licenses along and across rights of way, for all uses including gas transmission and electrical lines, communication lines,(including fiber optic installations) and signboard installations. RPM has negotiated with all major telecommunications companies and has completed contracts for numerous fiber optic and signboard installations for rail corridors.  As with sales and leases, RPM is capable of managing all details of  easement/license type installations.
